Ricardo airs daily on Radio-Canada and features Ricardo Larrivee's
French cooking expertise. He prepares a variety of recipes each day from
sweet and sour pork meatballs to fresh tilapia with tomatoes and
roasted onions to refreshing treats like a banana smoothie with green
tea. Ricardo is often joined by a panel of experts: gardener Pierre
Gingras and nutritionists Helene Laurendeau and Christina Blais. In
2006, the show opted to move from the studio to Ricardo's well-equipped
kitchen in Quebec.
