  • When Twin Peaks meets Ringer.

    7.0
You have to feel sorry for Bridget, she keeps getting people thrown at her without having a clue who they are and what Siobahn's relationship with them is or was. Good to see Madchen Amick guest starring though, she was always fun in Twin Peaks and this show has some oddities about it too! The relationship between her character, Greer, and Siobahn is obviously very strained but the question is why?

Siobahn isn't very conversant with all the things Bridget has been doing while she herself has been in Paris so she will need to catch up a bit if she is to be convincing.

I'm looking forward to actually finding out what happened with Juliet and her teacher. One thing is for certain, it won't be resolved simply. These things never are.moreless
  • It Just Got Normal

It Just Got Normal was a perfect and awesome episode of Ringer! I really enjoyed watching this episode because it started out with a not only a shower scene, but a creepy yet appealing twin encounter. The real Siobhan is in New York causing misunderstandings while the FBI Agent gets slightly closer to the truth, not knowing the scope of events. It was interesting to watch Bridget play Siobhan and still have to figure out other people. Juliet' story line became more intense and the night ended in a crazy way, though its still not 100% clear. It was great to watch Bridget as Siobhan take action, and it was also great to see the real Siobhan interacting with Henry and Tyler. The ending was quite surprising and leaves me wanting more! I'm really excited with how great this show is. Every thing is top quality and I think it's only going to get even better! I certainly look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • A promising road ahead

    6.5
I liked the episode, didn't love it. I really liked the fact that Siobhan is finally taking matters into her own hands. I also actually liked all the near misses with Siobhan and the fact that they were always so close and her passing as Bridget. I liked the shower scene, it was creepy and sort of reminded me of a trashy Psycho. I didn't understand why they showed this scene at the beginning and then in the middle of the episode again. If they were going for a non-linear narrative, then they didn't make that really clear...

As for Juliet, her character is so unnecessary and annoying and they should seriously kill the character or make her more interesting. They could bitch her out and make her work with Siobhan. But right now, we're supposed to care about her character and we just don't.

Overall, a pretty decent episode that served to prepare us to what is to come in terms of Siobhan and her plans.moreless
