- In this episode, we see that Murray's rank in the Army was Captain; whereas previously in the season, in 'The Orange Grove', Murray's rank was Colonel. As he is seen as a Captain in the flash-back sections of this episode, it is quite possible that he was promoted to Colonel at some time after the events reminisced about here.
