The phone rings in the house and Scarlett leaves Madonna to go answer it, only to find that when she comes back Madonna is nowhere in sight. Scarlett panics that Madonna has been kidnapped. Robbie, Hayley and Jack hear Scarlett screaming for Madonna and Jimmy is terrified when he hears the news and tries to console a frantic Scarlett. Iona is impressed when Big Bob gets everyone in on the search party and Molly threatens to tear the whole of Shieldinch apart to find her missing granddaughter. Scarlett mentions the mysterious couple and Gina realises that she served them in the Oyster and rushes to get their card details for the Police only to find that they were simply looking at property. Scarlett tells big Bob how pleased she is to have him around as clapping is heard from outside and Molly is leading Madonna home. Later Big Bob discovers Madonna's tea cups and biscuits at Montego Motors and realises that Molly was behind the kidnap. Scarlett is informed and confronts Molly, threatening to call the Police. However Molly warns her that she could easily make a phone call so fuming Scarlett backs down. Meanwhile Gina decides to be spontaneous and goes on a date with Murray, but it doesn't go according to plan and he leaves early.
