It almost seems like if there is no season four, this would be a perfect ending to close all three season of Rizzoli and Isles (LOL). Well, thank God there will be a new season. I have to admit, I enjoy watching this although I may not really pay attention to the crimes (oopsie). Fairly speaking, though, some of the crimes are interesting.

What caught me since the beginning is the dynamic of Jane and Maura, because of the so-called great chemistry between Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander, which they said since the first day the met on the set. I am intrigued by the difference if this Jane and Maura, compare to them on original TG's books. And Thank God, TG let Janet Tamaro 'playing' with them.

However, I would like suggest Janet Tamaro to stick to continuity. For example, scars. I have seen some scenes where Jane's scars on both hands suddenly disappear. Aren't Jane and Maura also supposed to have matching scars on their neck (Hoyt's scalpel, anyone?). And where is that scar on Maura's leg when Jane had to cut it open on S03E02? Jane's turtle (tortoise, ahem!) is missing, too.

Janet Tamaro is getting better, though. She was a journalist and as a journalist, I am aware that we are trained to be resourceful. Perhaps Madame TG can contributes several ideas, knowing that I love her plots on written version of Rizzoli and Isles. Overall, I enjoy this show. I will watch the next season.moreless
  • No More Drama

An appropriate title as they seemed to wrap up all of the big stories of this season in the finale. It appeared it would be a pretty average show with the focus predominantly on Maura and her mother's reconciliation, but then it took a shocking turn with the avalanche in the parking garage.

An unexpected jolt of drama and excitement, and while no one died, it was still fun and compelling TV as the series finished its third season.moreless
  • Rizzoli & Isles.

Great season finale, it was worth waiting for. I hope Rizzoli & Casey do get back together, it is TV so Casey's operation can be a success, they wrapped up all the lose end's in this last episode. Now for season 4. Thumbs Up.
  • Happy Endings.

    9.0
After all those cliffhanger season finales in this series, it's nice to finally have a happy ending. A Christmas wrapped season finale. I wouldn't say it was the best but it was CERTAINLY worth watching. The collapse of the building kept me on my toes as I was hoping and praying no one would die. Thank goodness they didn't. However, as I have watched many other series, these kind of incidents always left with one cast member dying. So that was what I was afraid of.

Onto Jane's dilemma, I feel super sorry for her and Casey pushing her away. As much as I understand why Casey is trying to protect her from an 'unromantic' relationship, I feel that he should at least have given them both a chance before denying anything. Now with this surgery, if anything happens to him, I think I'm going to be bawling my eyes out because I really want them to get together. I hope the surgery is successful

On Maura's side now, her biological mother doesn't seem to look desperate enough though. She wants her estranged daughter to donate a kidney to her teenage daughter, who had said before that she doesn't want her kidney. Maura is such a good soul. I love her for that.

I'd say this is a nice way to give a fan's heart a break. No nail biting cliffhangers and no heart-wrenching friendship breakups. Plus Frost confesses that he had a HUGE crush on Jane. Gosh imagine if Jane found out about that!moreless
