When Conor approaches the two guards outside of the Father's room, he is wearing a leather wristband on his left wrist. But when he's talking to the guards, the wristband is gone.
When the woman slashes Tully with the knife, Catlin, in a wide shot, is seen pulling the right sleeve of her shirt off to tie around the cut. Then they show a close up of her and that's when she actually rips the sleeve off.
When Catlin & Conor find Daniel dying, Conor cuts the rope of the necklace that is around Daniel's neck and when he shows it to Glas it is one piece again.

Cut to Diana, back to Longinus, the candles are back again. Cut again, the candles are gone and remain gone.
In the last scene between Glas and Conor, Glas's crown goes from being straight to crooked to straight again during camera cuts.
In the scene where the assassin is killed, Glas touches his head and the assasin is facing one way, but when Diana comes up he's facing the other way.
In the scene where Catlin's arguing with Conor to take Glas and get to safety - her left shoulder armor is falling off, then it's straight, then it's falling off again.
When the merchant falls dead, there is a brief moment in which tread marks are visible on the soles of his shoes.

In the scene where the merchant is bathing and Tully is talking to him, as Tully says that Galen rescued him, you can see Catlin's legs behind him. At this point in the scene she & Conor have just arrived at the waterfall pool, and Conor is helping her jump from rock to rock, making it appear that she is in two places at once.

TRIVIA: The song played in light of Claire's death is Loreena McKennitt's "Cymbeline" from her album The Visit. The words are taken from Shakespeare's tragic romance, "Cymbeline", which itself tells the story of the last British-Celtic outpost standing against the Romans.
There is a long shot of Gar and his men putting on helmets, but later, as they are riding off, the helmets are nowhere to be seen.
