Cole's line "Give them the name of witnesses against them" (appearing 42 minutes in) was a clumsy overdub. Originally, he simply said "Give them the name of witnesses." Although the show has frequently used overdubs when characters aren't facing the camera (to change names and whatnot), Cole was facing it here, so it's laughably obvious that his mouth isn't moving for the "against them" part.

The East coast/Central network feed of this episode was screwed up beyond belief. The teaser and opening credits were accidentally replaced with the first four minutes of act 1 -- which was then shown in its entirety and in proper sequence after the first commercial break. The West coast feed and the USA cable rebroadcast on November 16 were both fine.
