This is just a friendly warning
please feel free to disagree but the
    show is awful
I am posting this to all my cousins across the pond
Please dont waste your time with this embarrasing
    kids show
Even my 7 year old god son laughs at the dialogue
    and  stopped watching it

Trust me, dregi's opinions are not shared by all of us

It is anachronistic but it's still good fun, stick with it.

this show is awesome! maybe a bit of a park-your-brain-at-the-door kind of show, but it doesn't matter because it's entertaining as hell, and I will forgive silliness if it's fun to watch.

Everyone has thier opinions and mine is that I am going to give this show a go, only seen the first episode yesterday, because its been a long time since anyting decent came on BBC. Just think it is funny that you get your tv reviews from your 7 year old sibling, what you can't come to a understanding by yourself.

I really enjoyed the first episode too. Anachronism doesn't bother me. If I want a history lesson from my couch I'll go the appropriate channel. I'm glad to see the story being told (or retold) now. I think it's timely and relevant.

Yeah I dont understand the robin haters who acuse the show of being boring. ITS NOT. also i cant understand people who say its inaccurate. OH, and 24 isn't? Smallville and Lost are sooooooo realistic. COME ON! its TV for crying out loud. Imagine the true story! it would have been no better than watching some guy hiding in a tree all day. I think this is a great show and people who hate it just beacuse its not historically acurate need to take a reality check themselves.

There's no need to post if you don't like the show. Post on a show that you do like and we'll all be happy.

Well so far I've only seen Episode 1 and Episode 2 is tonight and I know I am going to watch it. I prefer to reserve judgement on any show until after 5 episodes or so, but I thought the first one was good.

Personally, I watched the first episode and didn't like it either. That's not to say I won't watch another episode. I think you should be able to post a negative reaction to any show, if you are respectful and not demeaning to other viewers. It's all subjective, anyway.

I have been very pleased with the first 2 episodes. It kinda reminds me of "Jack of All Trades" another show I thought was very underrated. Definately has a spot on my DVR every Saturday night.

I agree, but I would prefer it if users didn't write antagonistic comments which disrupt the peace in forums. I think we are all open to other points of view, as long as we're rational about it.

Point taken, and I heartily agree. I never mind someone countering an opinion on a board as long as they are being respectful. That said, I wouldn't get on any board and just complain week after week. I still plan on giving this show another few episodes. I have to admit, my main reason for tuning in was Richard Armitage, and I think he's still the most interesting character after two episodes.

    Agreed!

    That guy's a tool.

I've only seen two episodes so far, but it's fun. Sometimes, a fun escape is exactly what I'm looking for after a long day at work.

Agreed. It takes a while for a show to get rolling good and proper like.

Almost seems like you wouldn't have liked Hercules and Xena.

Yay for tv torrent downloads. I get to see Dr. Who and Robin Hood in the US.
Dr. Who I get to see long before it shows on the SciFi channel.
