- Charlotte's Web: The sketch where the spider writes on a web: "$4.99 a lb." (in reference to the pig,) is an obvious nod to the book written by E.B. White, and two movies based on that book, where a spider named Charlotes writes words in her web to save her pig friend, Wilbur, and his life. The movies are the 1973 Hanna-Barbara animated movie, and the 2006 live action Paramount movie.
