  • Beavis and Butthead join the Teen Titans, The Great Pumpkin goes on a killing rampage, and alternate endings to movies. What more can you want?

    9.7
This is prouble my favorite Robot Chicken episode. I love the Beavis and Butt-head skit and the Peanuts one. I also enjoyed the alternate ending to movies one. At the end when the Peanuts kids are playing music in hell made me laugh, hard. The B&B skit was also funny since they messed up and all the titans died.
  • Teen Tiatan and Bevis and Butthead, The Great Punpkin Part 2

    9.5
This is one of my favorate epsodes of the whole show. The true strength of this episode is basically one thing the Teen Titans and Bevis and Butthead crossover. Why Robin thought it was a good idea to recruit those two boneheads in the first place is anyones guess but thats whats so silly about it. These two from their rude personas and overabundant slacking off would never qualify as super heroes let alone getting a job. It was just great seeing them deliver their creative coments or one liners, from what they said about Starfire I just loved the reaction on her face but mainly I loved the reaction on Cyborg's face it seems he agrees with them on one thing. What they said toward two of the other characters like "Goth music sucks." And of course those to had the easiest job in the world by just simply pressing a button but they didn't pay attention and just ate nachos while Robin got the crap beaten out of him.

And another is that Charlie Brown skit, which did a good job at paroding on itself by acting slightly contrary to all the things within the Penuts cartoons. From Charlie Brown finally getting revenge on Lucy taking the football away from him (about time she deserved it). The funeral for Linus, I'll admit I felt a little bad he died but since this is a skit it makes sense, there was a little black hummor when Sally was so sad she jumped in the hole to be with him and then Pig Pen suddenly starts burying the two.

And how about those some of those things they say that they never say in the Pennuts cartoons, mainly swear words just beautiful.

As well as slight injokes (at least theoretically) to two horror films like "Pumpkinhead" the plot in that whole scetch was sort of similar to the plot in the film. And Evil Dead 2 Dead by Dawn with that Kite eatting tree.

The ending to that skit I laughed my head off (and danced a little) on just seeing all of the dead Penuts characters in Hell and Satan dancing along with the gang to the Pennuts song. I guess Hell won't be so bad after all.moreless
  • Benny Hill, Great Pumpkin, Teen Titans oh my!!

    9.7
This is my favorite episode of season 1. It was a shame that the Teen Titans sketch was cut out of the DVD set due to legal issues. That is why this episode is so great. If you are a Teen Titans fan, it makes is oh so much funnier. The Benny Hill sketch is classic. Revealing ending was also a great one especially the Sleepaway camp one, I really dont see how anyone could remember that movie. It was so awful.moreless
  • I loved this episode!

    9.0
This was so funny! I loved the Teen Titans and Charlie Brown parodies. In the Teen Tians parodies, they had Beavis and Butthead join the team and they said that Starfire had orange boobs, said funny thing about Beastboy when he turns into animals, and said to Raven that goth music sucks! In the end, when they were suppose to push a button, then ate instead! And in Charlie Brown, the great Pumpkin killed everybody by eating them, but Charlie! They had Marcie and Pepperment Patty make out! But the Great Pumpkin dies becouse the Kite Eating Tree eats him!moreless
  • Teen Titans meet Beavis and Butt-head, Peanuts gang murdered by Great Pumpkin, etc.

    9.2
This episode was pure genius! By adding beavis and Butt-head to the Teen Titans, this was the crossover guaranteed to caused to cause many a burst gut! However, the Great Pumpkin sketch was a little overkill. I'm suprised that the family of the late Charles Schulz (creator of "Peanuts") didn't sue Seth and Co. over this thing! Even worse still, Mr. Schulz himself would've turned in his grave if he saw it!moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (12)

    • In the Great Pumpkin sketch, the Satan puppet dancing with the cast of Peanuts can be seen in other episodes arm wrestling a nun, and poking people with a pitchfork among other things.

    • The wacky music accompanying the high-speed footage in the 'Benny Hill Funeral' segment resembles 'Yakety Sax,' the theme song for The Benny Hill Show.

    • The 'Sore Loser' segment uses the same set in which the 'That 00's Show' segment used in 'Gold Dust Gasoline.'

    • Behind Douglas in the 'It's Your Baby Segment' is a portrait hanging on the wall which is a partial screenshot from 'That '00s Show,' A previous segment which appeared in 'Gold Dust Gasoline.'

    • In the 'Teen Titans Meet Beavis & Butt-head' parody, three of the Teen Titans didn't even speak (Cyborg laughed and Starfire growled though).

    • The man in the tradition Uncle Sam costume saying "Stay in school, kids" refers to any number of anti-dropout Public Service Announcements and programs.

    • The signature Charlie Brown dance is shown at the end.

    • In the scene with the old man and the young boy playing chess, the old man flips the board over in frustration but all the pieces disappear.

    • While Charlie Brown is still alive, the rest of the other members of the Peanuts are in hell. Lucy and Marcie are not in that scene.

    • After Charlie Brown and Lucy Van Pelt mourn for the decease of Linus, the round-headed kid recollects other previous episodes about the river race at Camp Remote, visiting France to meet the bad neighbor, etc.

    • In case anyone really wondered, Benny Hill did not die in March, when this episode first premiered, at all. He died April 20th, 1992; they did get the year right, though. This may mean the episode was shifted around from a different, intended original air date.

    • In the Teen Titans parody, Starfire only appears when the monster first attacks and when Beavis and Butthead say a rude joke about her. She doesn't appear during the second battle with the monster.

  • QUOTES (17)

    • Robin: Ok guys, flip the switch. Flip it now! Guys? Guys!
Butthead: Uhh, were we supposed to do something?
Beavis: Yeah, we were supposed to turn the knob or something.
      Butthead: Ha ha. Knob.

    • Blind Girl: (to no-one) Is somebody there? I come from a village where we think it's 1896. I need medicine for my dying fiancé.
(she gets run over by a bus and a Ranger pulls up next to her)
Blind Girl: That... that was a really weak twist.
Ranger: Yeah, sorry 'bout that folks!
      (cuts to Guy in Chair)
Guy in Chair: Wasn't that great? And as an added bonus, I'm just three ducks in a man suit!

    • Beavis and Butthead: Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na, Batman!

    • Random guy: (about the Sleepway Camp movie) Oh, my God! Somebody remembered this movie and wrote a comedy sketch about it!

    • Darth Vader: Luke... I am your father!
      Luke Skywalker: Noooo! That's impossible!
Darth Vader: It's true! And Princess Leia is your sister!
      Luke Skywalker: That's... improbable.
Darth Vader: And the Empire will be defeated by Ewoks!
      Luke Skywalker: That's... highly unlikely...
Darth Vader: And as a kid, I built C-3PO!
      Luke Skywalker: ...what?
(cuts to the two of them having a conversation over coffee & cigarettes)
Darth Vader: And the force? Well that's just tiny bacteria in your blood stream called midi-chlorians.
Luke Skywalker: Look, if you're not going to take this seriously then I'm off.
      (walks off the screen)

    • Great Pumpkin: You should let the great pumpkin eat you.
      Charlie Brown: Aaah!

    • Robin: (about battle armor)Beavis and Butthead, do you two have anything to contribute?
Butthead: Yeah. I have, like, a question or something. That chick has orange boobs!(referring to Starfire)
Raven: You guys need to apologize to Starfire, right now!
Butthead: That chick's just mad because, like, goth music sucks.

    • Charlie Brown: I'm at the end of my rope, Lucy. Everybody else is dead besides you and me. I thought being stuck as a pre-pubescent bald kid for 50 years couldn't get any worse.

    • Lucy: Just kick the ball, you blockhead!
Charlie Brown: But everytime I try to kick it, you pull it away from me.
Lucy: This time I won't! Come on, already!
Charlie Brown: Maybe this time she really means it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to kick the football! (Lucy pulls it up but Charlie Brown stops, smiles, and then kicks Lucy in the head) That's for years of humiliation bitch.

    • Charlie Brown: This is different from the time when we got lost in France, or when we almost drowned during the great river raft race. I fear just having a positive attitude with strong Christian overtones won't save us this time.
Marcie: (to Peppermint Patty) Hold me, sir. (both kissing each other)
Charlie Brown: I said strong Christian overtones!

    • Uncle Sam: Greetings! You know, freedom of speech is the most valuable right of the American people. And so, to honor 1st Amendment, I will now fart the national anthem. I recommend you videotape this moment and watch it again on the 4th of July!
(farts the first few notes and splat!)
Heh heh, whoops! I just crapped myself! Heh heh! Stay in school kids!

    • Charlie Brown: (to the Great Pumpkin): Meet the kite eating tree, you ugly son of a bitch.
(Pumpkin is eaten by kite eating tree)

    • Waiters and Waitresses: Serve! Serve! Serve! Serve! Serve! Serve! Serve! Serve!

    • Guy:(quickly when woman is about to eat a corn dog) Ooh, look, she's gonna do it!

    • Charlie Brown: (after kicking Lucy instead of the football) That's four years of humililation, bitch!

    • Beavis: If I was that beast dude, I would be a monkey and I would whip my own crap at people.
Butthead: Yeah, When he's a dog, I bet he licks his own nutsack.

    • Charlie Brown: Poor Linus...
Lucy: That blockhead! Everyone's a blockhead! Blockheads! Blockheads! Blockheads!
Adult: Waa wa waa wa wa wa wa wa waa...
      Lucy: What did he say?
Charlie Brown: Augh! I never have any idea what any adult says! It's always that "wa wa wa" crap!
