I guess the Chromalot team care more about their jackets than their robot! At the beginning of the fight, Alien slammed into ICU, bending their armor and knocking off some eyes. Alien then slammed into GBH, flipping them over, but the race car robot self-righted. Sir Chromalot then flipped Alien, but they also self-righted. GBH pushed ICU into the Pit Button. Sir Chromalot was once again flipped over. ICU slammed into the other robots. Then Alien and ICU pushed GBH into Shunt who axed and flipped GBH. Shunt then axed and flipped ICU. GBH was also flipped. GBH self-righted, but ICU could not! They were counted out and placed onto the floor flipper. GBH launched Sir Chromalot past the Refcam. ICU were flipped right side up again, and even though they were eliminated, they still came back into the action. Sir Chromalot was stuck upside-down and ICU was pitted by Growler just as time ran out. THIS was a very close fight. Very contriversal, but Sir Chromalot and Alien move on! Fight 2: Roobarb Vs Shredder Vs Armadrillo Vs S3 (Seated #7) House Robots: Sir Killalot and Mr. Psycho From out of nowhere, S3 SLAMMED into Shredder, sending one of their discs flying out of the arena!! Roobarb pushed S3 around, but then S3's disc smacked into Armadrillo. Shredder pressed the Pit Button and pushed S3 into the arena wall, ripping the Plexiglass frame on the wall, to be ripped right out of the floor! Roobarb was dismantled by Sir Killalot and died. Mr. Psycho came in with the hammer, missed once, but then smacked Roobarb's right side! S3 continued hitting Shredder and Armadrillo until they were cornered by Mr. Psycho and were hammered. Then Mr. Psycho hammered S3 again and again and even once more! Sir Killalot danced with Roobarb in his grasp before pitting the fruity robot. Armadrillo was nearly counted out by Refbot when they weren't moving. They started moving again...only just. Cease was called. S3 and Shredder won. Round 2 Fight 3: S3 Vs Sir Chromalot House Robots: Sir Killalot and Dead Metal Sir Chromalot wouldn't survive this, so they played Cat and Mouse. First, they pressed the Pit Button. Then they waited by the Pit so S3 would fall in. But S3 wouldn't 'fall' for that. They waited until Sir C. nearly fell into the Pit and then attacked. A smack from the spinning disc flipped Sir Chromalot over, but they self-righted. S3 hit them a few more times. Sir Chromalot self-righted one last time and they were dead. Refbot counted Chromalot out, and the House Robots carried the 're...tire'd' robot over to the floor flipper. Chromalot was sent rolling into Dead Metal's CPZ on the far side. Dead Metal sawed through Sir Chromalot and pitted them. (Dead Metal sort of fell in too!) Cease was called and the #7 seeds move on. Fight 4: The Alien Vs Shredder House Robots: Shunt and Matilda Both robots sized up each other and then attacked. Alien pushed Shredder onto the flame pit and then slammed them into the CPZ. Shunt axed Alien, but they escaped. Alien then pressed the Pit button and slammed Shredder into another CPZ. Shunt yanked Alien out and buried his axe right into the already battered Shredder! Both robots continued hitting each other until time ran out. Shredder unbelevably won because they were more mobile than Shredder. Heat Final: S3 Vs Shredder House Robots: Sir Killalot and Shunt (what happened to his scoop?) S3 was on top the entire fight. The only onslaught from Shredder was when they pushed S3 into the Floor Spinner Release. After that, S3 just kept hitting Shredder until eventually...well, Shredder was shredded! Refbot counted Shredder out. Sir Killalot picked Shredder up and took a bow to the audience. Shredder were the winners, so Shredder decided to pit themselves, but the House Robots kept getting in the way. Sir Killalot nearly fell into the Pit himself trying to put Shredder in! Good thing he has an anti-pit device (APD)...I think. Shunt eventually drove Shredder into the Pit. S3 moves on to the Series Semi-Finals!moreless
