It's time for Otis's birthday party at Buffalo Buck's Kiddie Corral, but it's less than the perfect party that his parents had planned. Carl and Pam break up, so they try to one-up each other by arriving at the party with dates (hers being Tennessee Titans running back Eddie George). Kevin frets over the fact that it's his birthday too (though he winds up having the "best birthday ever"). Jimmy drives everyone crazy trying to create the illusion of the perfect party for the videocamera, while Steve and Kelly anxiously await the time when someone will finally snap...moreless
