- Huge goof when Otto's friends were cheering towards the end of "Earnest Otto". If you look closely, you see Animal cheering! Although he was supposed to oppose Otto with his bully buddy Lars. Edit
- In the beginning of the episode, Oliver's shirt was red (as usual). Then, at the second part of the scene, it's white! Edit
- If you remember when Oliver was first shown, he said he was in high school. But in "Mr. B is in the House," he is in Otto and Twister's class. Also that guy who usually plays goalie for Lars in hockey appears in a desk and then disappears. Edit
