While surfing in the "shoobie" infested water, the kids are having fun and watching each other pull some radical moves. When they use some of their surf lingo, the tourists begin copying off of them and using their words for fun. The gang goes to the Shore Shack and tells Ray and Tito what is happening.
Then they get the idea to make up their own new language so the "shoobies" won't copy their words but they still do. They use so many words it is so hard to remember what each means. Reggie then publishes a special Zine for only them and it defines all of their words. One of the words is shoobie and the "Shoobies" realize that means them and they stop following them around.
While the gang is surfing in the ocean Ray is getting ready to sign some papers at the Shore Shack allowing the Happy Hut company to buy it. Neither of the kids wants Ray to sell it because then they will have to move. They don't say anything because they know Raymundo is doing that for them and they don't want to upset him.
Ray takes the kids to their future house to show them what it is like. Otto loves it but then becomes sad when he realizes that he won't be able to hang out with Twister and Sam as much. Ray begins having second thoughts when the deal is almost done because he doesn't want to sell the Shack either. Otto and Reggie finally tell Ray the news when the see what the Happy Hut crew did. Ray rips up the contract and the Shore Shack is no longer for sale and the Rocket's are not moving. The whole group celebrates because they aren't leaving and everything is back to normal.
