In "Legends and Their Falls", right before the contest starts, Tito and Keoni are way out in the ocean surfing, and suddenly, they're on the beach! What's up with that?
When the wrapper hit Twister's face, he said it was a wrapper from his favorite Freezy Freeze. But wait. It wasn't blue, it was red. Consequently, he meant the bubble gum wrapper.
During the scene when Otto paddles out and stands on the surfboard, the bandage on his foot disappears and reppears.
When Bruce goes into Merv's pool, Merv is scared, but in one scene, it looks like he is happy but the next scene he is still scared.
Huge goof when Otto's friends were cheering towards the end of "Earnest Otto". If you look closely, you see Animal cheering! Although he was supposed to oppose Otto with his bully buddy Lars.
In the beginning of the episode, Oliver's shirt was red (as usual). Then, at the second part of the scene, it's white!
If you remember when Oliver was first shown, he said he was in high school. But in "Mr. B is in the House," he is in Otto and Twister's class. Also that guy who usually plays goalie for Lars in hockey appears in a desk and then disappears.
The chili-bacon cheeseburgers look more like lettuce between hamburger buns.
There's a caption error where the word "event" at the end is knocked out of Sam's line "There's not much difference between my best event and my worst event", making the caption say "There's not much difference between my best event and my worst."
In this episode we learn that except for Twister the gang thinks it's uncool to make fun of handicapped people.
Caption error: When Tito said "There's a stand right over there that sells them", the word "sells" is misspelled "shells".
A goof that only appears in Nicktoons TV: After the credits, When you see the copyright, you hear Twister say "pneumonoultramicroscopicconeosis" when it's supposed to be spelled "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcaniconeosis".
In "A Shot in the Park", you'll notice that after the Rocket kids and Sammy get off the waterslide, Otto and Reggie are wet. A few shots later, they're dry, then wet, dry again, and when that scene's over, they're wet again!
In "Shark Bait",Reggie mentions that it is the beginning of summer. But in "A Shot in the Park", they're back in school. And then in "Mr. B is in the House" which is an episode after this, the school year begins again and "Mr. B is in the House is only a few episodes after this one.
In Shark Bait: First, when the gang is discussing shark jail, Twister says something, and the voice doesn't match the animation of his mouth at all.
Another One in Shark Bait: At the end of the episode, a scene is used from Secret Spot to show the gang hanging out (literally) off the boardwalk looking out at the ocean. Twsiter points at Sam's shoes, and the mouth movements are the same. They re-synced Sam's line a little bit, but it's still the same scene.
I don't get this. In "Half Twister", when Twister's talking to Reggie, he said he wants to make it to the 3rd grade. But in the first episode, Reggie says 5th grade assuming that Twist and Otto were in the 5th grade. Twist couldn't have flunked so bad he'd be sent back to 2nd grade even though he is 9!!!!
In "Welcome to the Club", Sam and Twister are in a jacuzzi. After they tell Otto and Reggie that they're not trying to get in trouble, the next time we see the jacuzzi, the bubbles are gone and it is normal pool water.
Tripe does NOT come from sheep stomach. It comes from cow stomach.
In "Welcome to the Club", the closed captioning mistake Reggie's name for Paula.
In "Welcome to the Club", the kids are playing Marco Polo, and Milty says "no shouting the names of 15th century explorers!" But that is a blooper because Marco Polo was around in the 13th century (i.e. He, his father and uncle visited Kublai Khan in 1271.)
