Zoan Numberman of Greiga is confronted by Falzer's newest follower, Zoan Gateman. Upon being captured, Zoan Gateman interrogates him cruely to obtain information about Rockman. He eventually learns that Trill is the key to Rockman's Beast Out powers. Having no more use for Zoan Numberman, he then deletes him without remorse.

Meijin and Yuuichirou are holding a deep sea investigation upon a ship. Coincidently, Netto and Meiru join the two scientists in order to help out, though they think of it more as a fun vacation. However, within the cyber world of the ship lurks Zoan Gateman, who has his sights set on Trill.

Zoanoroid Quickman of Greiga substantiates via a Copyroid and carries out a direct attack upon the ship for the same purpose. Furthermore, Zoan Gateman takes over the ship's systems, and demands to have Trill in exchange for Yuuichirou and Meiru's lives, who are being held hostage inside a submarine deep below in the sea.

After Cross Fusioned Netto defeats Zoan Quickman (with a little help from Zoan Gateman, who didn't want a follower of Greiga to interfere), Rockman is sent into the cyberworld to respond to Zoan Gateman's hostage threat. It is revealed that if Rockman attacks Zoan Gateman, then Yuuichirou and Meiru will perish! All he can do give himself up to the torture of Zoan Gateman, refusing to hand over Trill to the likes of him.

Iris suddenly appears on the ship as well, surprising Netto. Trill watches as Rockman suffers under Gateman's wrath, but both Netto and Iris tell him he mustn't go near them. However, Trill escapes from Netto's PET anyways, determined to give himself up to save everyone else. But when Trill is finally captured by Zoan Gateman, the attacks do not stop!

Trill reaches out desperately for Rockman, and cries out his name. Rockman holds out his hand, and a bright light erupts from Trill, enveloping them both. Beast Out Greiga Rockman is reborn once again!

      10
The Net Police decide to draw up a secret plan, with the mysterious female navi as their target. They put up a trap, using Trill as the centerpiece, and instead pretend that they are merely protecting him from the Zoanoroids (which in fact this is actually quite true as well). However, they know the girl navi is drawn to Trill, thus they hope to find her, and mayhaps finally get some questions answered.

Unfortunately, Zoan Snakeman of Falzer and Zoan Gutsman of Greiga have both decided they will take Trill for themselves. The tight security of the Net Police have hidden Trill's location, so they attack Rockman's friends directly to beat the information of out of them. During the commotion in the cyberworld, the girl navi slips by, determined to find Trill first.

While the navis handle the cyberworld, Enzan is tracking down Iris, who is every bit as secretive as the unknown girl navi they wish to find. She finally escapes to the Firewall Research Facility, where she feels Trill's presence. However, Enzan and Netto stop her before she enters the building, and finally demand some explanations.

It would seem that Iris and Trill are both from the world of Beyondard, and are desperately fleeing from the Zoanoroids. The war between Falzer and Greiga has torn their world apart, and the final key to their victory is the Synchronizer, or in other words, Trill. It is Iris' mission to protect Trill, and to return him safely to their home world.

Just as Iris' story comes to an end, an alert sounds! A third player of the Zoanoroids, Zoan Darkman of Greiga, has tracked the female navi as she infilitrated the layer which holds Trill. It becomes an all-out attack on the firewall which protects the Synchronizer!

Having beastized, a rampaging Rockman chases and rages against Zoan Gateman. Beast Out Rockman proves to be far more powerful, and so in order to rescue Zoan Gateman, Zoanoroid Swallowman appears. Zoan Swallowman notices the navi of Iris nearby, and turns his attentions to her instead, leaving his comrade to the wrath of Rockman.

Zoan Swallowman substantiates into the real world, and comes after the girl navi's operator, Iris. Netto finds her just in time, and they escape into the interior of the ship. In all of the confusion, with the ship now out of control, Yuuichirou and Meiru are still waiting for help.

In the cyberworld, Zoan Gateman is using the recklessness of beastized Rockman's attacks to further damage the systems of the ship. As long as Rockman remains in Beast Out, it is impossible for Meijin to rescue Meiru and Yuuichirou.

Zoan Swallowman finally corners Netto and Iris, and prepares to attack them both. However, Enzan finally arrives by helicopter, and Cross Fuses with Blues! Zoan Swallowman transforms into his beast mode, and attacks R Blues in the air. Seeing this chance to escape, Iris dissappears from sight. Netto attempts to get Rockman to turn back to his senses, but it's of no use.

With the increased speed thanks to his wings, Rockman finally snags Zoan Gateman and utterly destroys him. Likewise, Enzan manages to successfully delete Zoan Swallowman after a difficult battle in the sky.

Iris' navi appears suddenly, and uses her powers to seperate Trill and Rockman. However, afterwards Iris is nowhere to be found on the ship. When Enzan and Netto regroup, Enzan learns that Iris is the same girl he met at the Ameroupe Military Base. Who exactly is she?!

It is the Zoanaroid Freezeman! He is, like in EXE, ravaging both the real world and the Cyberworld, leaving Netto, who investigated the mess in Densan City, very cold when he gets there. Rockman is puzzled, but, predictably, says that a Zoanaroid caused it all. Meanwhile, Iceman is wandering around to the puku hideout in Net City when he finds Freezeman there, his data being deleted! Iceman quickly realises he is a Zoanaroid, and tries to tell everyone. However, everyone is either busy and/or too laid-back or, in the case of Trill... never mind.

The next times Iceman looks for Z-Freezeman, he is gone! Iceman, naturally, combs around the alleyways of Net City to try and find him. Meanwhile, Z-Stoneman is attacking random residents of Net City, starting with 'Yeti' and 'Shaman', two merchants that are deleted, by the looks of it.

Eventually meeting up with Z-Freezeman, Iceman learns of Freezeman and eventually learns how to make the ice crystal that Freezeman can create so easily.

Unfortunately, their peace is interrupted by an interfering Navi - Z-Stoneman, who reverts into his Beast form! Rockman manages to intercept his attacks, and after awhile, finishes Z-Stoneman off with a Horihougan (IceBall) and a charged shot.

In a rather touching scene, Iceman recieves the ice crystal of Freezeman's, as well as a mysterious PET seen earlier, after seeing his new 'friend' being damaged beyond repair and being deleted.

Rockman is spending some recovery time in the SciLabs, while that other character comes and tells Trill something about Rockman, presumably. Meanwhile, at school, Iris is transferred to Netto's class! All the boys are mesmerised by her appearence, but she will only speak to Netto for odd reasons, mostly ignoring the other boys.

Oh, look what we have here. Higure is 'spying' on Mariko-sensei again. After a failed attempt which lands him sprawling on the ground, he undergoes some training, which, I believe, will make him stronger (or so Higure thinks).

Meanwhile, another one of those cloaked figures is roaming Net City! A Net Police uncloaks the figure, which reveals himself to be Numberman... or is he? If you squint carefully, he is of a dark green, and the icon on his head is not Numberman's icon, but instead the Zoanaroid's icon!

After the real Numberman comes into the fray, there is a brief tussle, then the real Numberman is knocked out and Z-Numberman warps out. "Zoanaroid! Zeta Numberman!"

Both Z-Number and the real Numberman appear before the repairing Rockman after awhile, in front of all the other Navis, and start a fight in which they copy each other's moves: Number Thimble, Number Ball, and Dice Bomb. To try and shorten the fight, Higure's PET rings, but he is busy in concentration at some sort of endurance therapy where he is first doused with freezing cold water then walking on red-hot coals. The Numbermen then end up hitting each other's heads together. o.O

Iris, appearing out of nowhere again, appears to suggest something that would identify the Zoanaroid (for the characters). All the Navis attack both Numbermen. At the end of the tussle, the real Numberman is on the ground in a lot of pain.

The Zoanaroid, however, has morphed into his Beast form! After he is quickly defeated by the same multiple attacks, Rockman finally recovers, still dazed, but sound. Trill then runs towards Rockman! Everyone panics, fearing another Beast Out, but it seems that Trill is happy at seeing Rockman move again. Iris bows her head, then promptly disappears. On another side note, Higure's 'training' does NOT seem to have paid off.

Still in Ameroupe, Enzan has fallen unconcious after the mysterious girl pinched him on the neck to knock him out. In the military cyberworld, Blues comes upon a gateway into Beyondard.

The mysterious girl confronts Netto after escaping from Ameroupe, and asks him about Trill's relationship to Rockman. Netto tells her Trill looks up to Rockman like an older brother, which doesn't seem to satisfy her. Before he can ask any questions himself, she dissappears.

Roll, Glyde, Gutsman and Tomahawkman lure Greiga Rockman to the net stadium, where they finally trap him in a 'zero area' of the internet. However, the seclusion only triggers Beast Out Falzer instead! Rockman breaks free and begins to fight again, but a mysterious light envelopes him and seperates Trill from Rockman, cancelling out the transformation. Trill is then whisked away to an unknown location, despite Netto's protests and cries.

The navi of the mysterious girl takes Trill to the gateway of Beyondard, pleading for him to go back home with her. However, Trill refuses, wanting to stay by Rockman's side. Just then, Zoan Pharoahman attacks by surprise, but is thankfully stopped by Blues who has returned. As Blues demands to know what the girl navi wants with Trill, the gateway to Beyondard closes! Yaito has graduated from her studies in Kingland, and has decided to return back to Akihara! Netto and her friends welcome her back warmly, especially since she gives them all strawberry parfeits at school. Yaito invites them to a special development room of her company, in order to introduce them to the enormous screen equipment being prototyped by Gabgom, simply called Display.

Everyone is astonished at the lifelike holograms the Display can produce. They can even be touched by both humans and navis! Trill is overexcited to learn about the new animals it shows, as he asks Rockman about everything he sees.

However, when the incomplete equipment goes haywire, Netto and his friends must plug in their navis to stop it. Trill runs ahead of them through danger, causing a panic of a situation. By much surprise, Blues and Enzan arrive to pull them out of a pinch, but the program's core has gone too far out of control!

A crack has opened from the world of Beyondard, letting ancient beast viruses into Netto's world. Stunningly, the problem is only resolved when Trill trips and falls, and begins to cry. His wails seal the crack, and weaken the program enough to where Rockman can finally shut it down.

Netto and the others are surprised to find that the baby navi, now named Trill, has grown immensely over one night! As usual Trill is still extremely infactuated with Rockman. About that time, news of a phantom ship appearing frequently at a certain cape was spreading. Netto and his friends decide to investigate the situation.

Rockman is very fearful of ghosts, but Trill seems to have a keen interest in them. In Trill's presence, Rockman can't help but boast that he is "unafraid of things like ghosts". However, the situation is very stressful for him, especially when the pipsqueak keeps trying to scare him on purpose!

Ultimately it is Zoanoroid Flameman who is influencing the ghost ship incident. He's using the firepower on the battleship to destroy Copyroids that are being held on an island! It would seem that Greiga is not interested in letting Falzer gain control of the Copyroids. Rockman and Roll must battle Flameman in the cyberworld, while also protecting Trill who decided to tag along. Rockman will prove once and for all he is not afraid in front of his admirer!

It's no wonder that when Netto turns up to Scilab with Meiru-chan the next morning, Rock faints from exhaustion, while Trill is presumably asleep!

But there's something else to gossip about, apparently. Meijin had a girlfriend?! Everyone around Meijin is mesmerised by that fact. Hmmm. Seems like she's a decent programmer like Meijin as well, while they're analysing some code together.

Anyhow, there's some late nights spent by her at SciLabs, when one evening one of her experiments goes horribly wrong and Punk is released into the real world! After ravaging the real world for awhile, Netto and Enzan inspect the area next morning, and the two finally manage to track down the Beast Navi's movement's, and engage in a Cross Fused Battle. Hmmm. Trouble in Net City. A strange [electric?] Navi is deleting Navis and absorbing their data! However, there are more problems back home, where Trill, after what looks like when Rockman is away and Trill starts playing with everyone else, everyone is exhausted from the effort - and Roll is behaving strangely.

The cloaked Navi, though, reveals himself to be Sparkman, who is engaging in what appears to be a battle with Plantman! And they also reveal their more 'beastly' forms in the process. Combined with trouble in the real world, it's also a shame that Laika has to depart back to Sharo. Hopefully things will hold together for our group. Or not.

One month has passed since the crisis with Duo was resolved, and the world is living peacefully once again. Netto,Laika and Enzan have begun training with the new Link PETs, which advance their powers with Cross Fusion considerably. Netto complains that Cross Fusion is no longer needed now that Duo is gone, but Rockman reassures him that they need to be ready for anything.

True enough, an odd phenomenon occurs when two gigantic cyber beasts break through an ancient portal from an odd world named Beyondard, and begin to wreak havoc on Earth as they clash together in an immense battle. Netto, Laika and Enzan are sent to the scene to stop them, but find themselves powerless against their might.

At the same time, a strange baby-like navi has been discovered by the ressurected Bubbleman, and is handed over to Rockman and his friends for loving care. Called simply "Aka-chan" (Japanese for "baby"), this cute little navi becomes immediately infactuated with Rockman.

The cyber beasts Greiga and Falzer take their battle to the cyber world, where more destruction ensues. Suddenly, an incredible transformation occurs! With the aid of Aka-chan, Rockman is transfigured into the ultimate Beast Out forms of Greiga and Falzer - and he defeats them both single handedly! What can this new turn of events possibly mean?! It's a brand new season of Rockman.exe - and it looks to be an exciting ride!
