    Junk Junkies

Rocko needs money to pay for the pizza guy. so, he has a garage sale. This was an episode that went nowhere. But, it was pretty funny. Time to pay up, Rocko does'nt have enough money till, someone buys Heffer's G. I. Jimbo and, saves the day!

    Final Score: A-

    Day of the Flecko

Now, I think anyone could hate this episode cause I don't Rocko has to stay after work and, he stays up too late. And, to annoy him. Flecko. I hate Flecko and, he should be a banned person. So, you all know I hate this episode.

  • Very heartwarming.

I have to say that this is one of my first reviews where I enjoyed both segments of the episode. I thought that this episode was great and it has given me several reminders on exactly why I watch this series in the first place. I really loved on how in both episodes, there was a minor individual who puts the guilt trip on Rocko by illustrating a little flashback and such, to make Rocko chage his mind completely or to get him to make a completely different decision about what he would originally would have done. I thought that it worked very well it was shown effectively throughout both segments. What I really enjoy was that Day of the Flecko was a Rocko centered episode, so you wouldn't be in too much suspense of what would happen next by having other settings interfere with the episode. I know that having a one-streak, simple plot line seems dull, but I thought that this one worked very well and Flecko's first appearance/impression cracked me up completely.moreless

Rocko: (opens window) SHUUUUUUT UUUUUUUP!!! (goes back in)
(the bird falls over from the branch)

      Heffer: Yes, Rocko?

  • NOTES (2)

    • G.I. Jimbo is an obvious parody of G.I. Joe, an army action figure.

    • Visual: Mr. Onion Head

One of Rocko's childhood toys was a Mr. Onion Head. This is a parody of the children's toys Mr. Potato Head.

    • Visual: Surrender Rocko!

An obvious reference to The Wizard of Oz (1939), when the Wicked Witch of the West flies over Emerald City on her broomstick and black smoke comes out of it to write a message saying, "Surrender Dorothy!"
