Ronald Reagan: His Life and Times is a two part biographical documentary series detailing the life of former President Ronald Reagan. It was produced in 2004, shortly before Reagan's death, by Passport Video. The first part, titled "Reagan: The Hollywood Years" examines his rise to fame as a movie star, examining every picture he appeared in as well as interviews with his surviving co-stars and friends to get a feel for what he was like at home, on set, and on the battlefield. The second part, "Reagan: The Presidential Years" follows his comet-like ascension from actor, to political speaker, to Governor of California and finally to the highest office in the world. All eight of his years as President of the United States are examined in detail, and interviews are conducted with political figures such as General Norman Schwarzkopf and Dr. Henry Kissinger about what it was like to know Reagan as President. Total runtime is 120 minutes.
