    • Oliver Shaw: I told you about Zoe, right?
Andy McNally: Yeah, that everything's great. You guys are back together.
Oliver Shaw: I lied. It's not great. It's really hard. But I'm back 'cause I had to give it another chance.
Andy McNally: (smiles knowingly) Thanks, Oliver. I get it.
Oliver Shaw: You do? You really get it?
Andy McNally: Yes. You know, but maybe I missed my chance.
Oliver Shaw: No. You didn't. You didn't. And it's not about that. You and Sam were great. And you always will be. Hey, look. You're Andy McNally. You don't give up.

    • Sam Swarek: (Sam and Andy have pulled up in front of the Penny) Oh, hey. You might wanna visit the range.
      Andy McNally: Really?
Sam Swarek: (playfully) Yeah. Today on the bridge you were tea cupping. It was a little off.
Andy McNally: Off? I wasn't off.
Sam Swarek: It's understandable. You've been away for a while.
Andy McNally: No, I wasn't off.
      Sam Swarek: It's gonna happen.
Andy McNally: I hit the guy's tire.
Sam Swarek: You didn't hit his tire.
Andy McNally: It wasn't you that hit his tire. It was me.
Sam Swarek: No, no, no. No, I'm not gonna say that it was me but, yeah, it was me. (Andy starts laughing) What?

    • Andy McNally: What happened with us?
Sam Swarek: What happened with us? You walked away from us, again. That's what happened.
      Andy McNally: No, that's...that's not.
Sam Swarek: Yeah, no, that's what happened.
Andy McNally: No, you broke up with me.
Sam Swarek: And I told you I was sorry, that I made a mistake, that I would do anything to make it up to you, to make us work. You did not feel the same way.
Andy McNally: I did feel the same way. I mean, Sam, you broke my heart.
Sam Swarek: Well, you got me back.
Andy McNally: (after a while) Why her?
Sam Swarek: She's...we get along. And she's smart and fun and it's not, uh, complicated. She's not you.
      Andy McNally: (smiles) Okay.

    • Sam Swarek: (taking cover behind the squad car while being shot at) I should have known this would happen. Your first shift back and I'm already getting shot at.
Andy McNally: You missed me, didn't you?

    • Oliver Shaw: So, um, McNally's back today.
      Sam Swarek: Yes, she is.
Oliver Shaw: Yeah. So, did you guys talk yet?
      Sam Swarek: About what?
Oliver Shaw: You, Marlo. You think it would be good to clear the air.
Sam Swarek: McNally made her choice. She left. Nothing else to talk about. (stops Oliver from speaking further) See? The air is totally clear. Gonna be another beautiful, clear day.

    • Traci Nash: (taking a break from running) So you're back? What's it like?
Andy McNally: I don't know. The same, I guess. You know, other than Frank and Noelle getting married, and Chris moving to Timmins, Sam being a detective, which is really cool. You know what else is really cool? Sam's new girlfriend!
Traci Nash: I know, I know. I didn't know. Have you had a chance to talk to him yet?
Andy McNally: Let's just get it over with, okay? What is she like?
Traci Nash: Nince years on the squad. Five years S.W.A.T. I mean, she seems like pretty solid police.
Andy McNally: Bad dresser? Can't tell a joke? You know, runs funny? Something?
Traci Nash: (sees Marlo running toward them) Actually, she runs just fine.
