Ted Danson and Whoopi Goldberg were in the 1993 movie Made in America (I think they were also dating at one time).
Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore were in the 1990 film Ghost.
Demi Moore was married to Bruce Willis for 11 years.
Bruce Willis made a brief guest appearance in an episode of Roseanne.

Jason Alexander played a character named Marty Eels on one episode of Monk. Laurie Metcalf was also on one episode of Monk, as Cora, a cuckoo-type smitten with Adrian Monk. And, we all know Laurie Metcalf as Jackie on Roseanne.

Jeff Daniels was in Good Night, and Good Luck which George Clooney wrote, directed and co-starred in. And, as we all know, Clooney played Booker on Roseanne.
