Roseanne Season 4 Episode 6

The episode begins with Dan and Roseanne screaming. It sounds like Dan is in pain. Kathy Bowman comes walking up to the door very hesitantly. She enters the house and all is quiet. She comes into the kitchen and finds Dan murdered on the table with his guts hanging out. Kathy screams and turns, finding Roseanne covered in blood and holding a bloody knife. She backs Kathy up into Dan, who offers her liver. Kathy is furious with the two of them.




Roseanne is thrilled with herself for pranking Kathy. Neither Becky nor Darlene is doing something special for Halloween. DJ is upset with Roseanne for making him dress as Alfalfa. Jackie comes in and tries to find out what Dan and Roseanne are dressing up as. Jackie is going as Morticia Adams. She tells Roseanne that she had called up some of her ex-boyfriends when she was depressed. DJ comes down dressed as Alfalfa, with guns and grenades.




At the Halloween party, Jackie and Crystal are dressed exactly alike. Ann-Marie comes over to warn Jackie that Arnie is there. He comes over and tells Jackie that she will have to control herself because his girlfriend Nancy is there with him. Chuck quiets everyone down so they can watch Dan and Roseanne dresses as Dedgar Bergen and Mortuary Snerd. They make several jokes about their friends and then end in a song, winning the Halloween contest.

< Everyone is mingling at the lodge, when Dan spots Kathy and Jerry Bowman entering. Roseanne is sure that Kathy is there to get even with the two of them. Jackie meets a mystery man who is dressed in a moose costume. Roseanne can't pay attention to anyone because she is obsessed with figuring out Kathy's evil plot. The moose and Jackie continue making small talk until he removes his head…it is Booker. Jackie is less than thrilled.




Dan and Jerry sit at the bar talking about their wives. Roseanne continues to follow Kathy everywhere she goes. Kathy insists that she would not stoop to the level of trying to get revenge on Roseanne. Kathy and Jerry leave. Finally, at home Roseanne cannot let the Kathy situation go. When they go to get in bed, it is full of snakes. Roseanne thinks Kathy did it, but it was the Conner kids.




In order to get some sleep, Dan and Jerry set up a fake trick so Roseanne will forget about Kathy. Roseanne spots the prank right away and uses Becky to set off the trap. The episode ends.
