Rosie O'Neil is a television show that first aired in 1990. The show's
full title is The Trials of Rosie O'Neil and followed the life of a
public defender that was working for Los Angeles. Sharon Gless starred
as the main character, Fiona "Rosie" Rose. The show always opened with a
conversation between Rosie and her therapist, who never actually showed
his face in the show. The therapist was played by Barney Rosenzweig,
who was also Gless' husband. Because of low viewership, the show was
canceled in 1992.
