During the scene where Max, Michael, and Isabel are in the park discussing Brody Davis the sunlight continually changes. It is obvious that the wider shots were done earlier in the day, while the close-ups were done as the sun was going down.
TRIVIA: In this episode, Max reveals his new forcefield power to Michael and Isabel for the first time.
At the end of the episode, Courtney asks Maria to cover her for a bathroom break, as the Crashdown is full of customers. She goes straight into the Crashdown bathroom, which is right by the entrance to the kitchen, but after she gets through, she walks back out, and it's obvious she's walking out onto a soundstage - there's no other part of the Crashdown outside of the bathroom as she exits.
As of this episode, Max has a new power, the green forcefield.
When Agent Pierce (really Nasedo) walks into Congresswoman Whitaker's office and she introduces him to Liz, she places a folder on top of the drawer and rests her arm on top of that. A few seconds later when the shot cuts to a different angle, the folder is gone and Liz's arms are at her side.
When Isabel introduces Grant Sorenson to Alex, Grant reaches out to shake Alex's hand twice.
When the bones are being shown to Valenti they are only melted on one side, but when Michael killed Pierce he flew backwards as if hit head-on by the energy zap, so the bones should be melted evenly.

When Max and Liz are speaking in front of the Congresswoman's office, the same woman walks past and away from them twice.
When Max, Michael, Isabel, and Tess go to recover Nasedo's body and Isabel hits one of the agents, the sounds that are heard don't match her actions.
The agent chasing Liz and Max at the bridge in the beginning abruptly switches from the left lane to the right.
Throughout the scene where Max interrogates Pierce, the projector changes slides at irregular intervals with no one touching it.
At the end of the episode, Michael suddenly appears next to Max without any footsteps on the gravel like Max's and Liz's.
When Max and Liz climb out of the river at the beginning, they walk through one of two large drainage pipes next to each other. There is only one pipe on the other side.
When Valenti and Michael see Max and Liz running from the red jeep and the camera angle changes to inside Valenti's car, the car isn't moving - the ground in front can be seen to be stationary. In the next shot it shows Valenti's car just slowing down to stop.
Nasedo assumes the form of Pierce, yet it was already established the special unit has sensors capable of detecting Nasedo's different bone structure.
Pierce seems to be in pretty good shape for someone who was shot 6" from his heart.
After Max and Liz jump into the water 2 of the men hunting them run to the edge of the bridge and look down, but there is no change in the water's movement. Wouldn't their impact have made some kind of change in the water's surface?
