I wish I could be certain, but I think this is the episode that caused my father to cry. The scene involved Todd making a speech about these Hispanic people who love their children and their town as the camera panned a room full of actual residents. I always thought it might be an episode about migrant workers in the Imperial Valley but as far as I can determine, there is no such episode. For this reason and for the fact that Todd actually does make a speech here, I'm pretty sure this is the episode I'm remembering.
I wasn't planning on ordering this second volume of season one from Amazon because this is the only episode that sounds worth seeing again. The remainder I remember or I suspect from the plot summaries of James Rosin's book to be silly with Stirling Silliphant's allusionary monologues the only saving grace.
