The show started with the intros, where Gary called it Rowan & Laugh-In's Martin. In the opening monologue, Dick tried to get the audience to think that Kirk Douglas was on again, and Pamela showed off a new trick. Following was the party, the first Sock It To Me Time, the first short bits, and the news, with the girls as Las Vegas showgirls. Then, the first appearance by the judge, a song from Jo Anne, more short bits, the second Sock It To Me Time, the judge, and New Talent Time which featured writer Chris Bearde as a Canadian step-dancer and Arte and Sammy as the Rosmenko Twins. Next, the judge, a few jokes from Sammy and reactions from Joey, an attempted dance number by Sammy, the third Sock It To Me Time, the judge, more short bits, and the judge. Following, the fourth Sock It To Me Time, more short bits, the judge and Mod Mod World about the Olympics. Following, the fifth Sock It To Me Time, more short bits, the debut of Potpourri, and a tribute to Ernie Kovacs. Finally, Sammy and Judy do a soft shoe to 'Singin' In The Rain,' the good nights, the joke wall, the last short bits, and Sammy trying to do a number, but falling through the trap door.
