Angelica actually blames all the things breaking on him, so the babies try to get Fluffy and catch her in the act. Reptar's Revenge: The Rugrats go looking for Reptar at the Sleazola Brothers fair. Instead, they find a cereal addicted person named Leo. I think this is the one where Angelica Wants the cereal.moreless
