The Rugrats are having fun watching Reptar 2010 when suddenly the video breaks. So the Rugrats become Reptommy, Chucktar, Replil, Repphil, and Reptelica and create their own endings to the movie.

Near the start of this episode, when Reptar attacks the city, look for him attacking the Viacom building. Viacom, as you may know, is Nick's parent company.

What is more ironic is that, while most of the buildings are supposed to be random skyscrapers, two of them specifically are supposed to be the Twin Towers. In the scene where all the Reptars start making a pile of buildings for "Reptommy" to climb on, Phil and Lil pull down two identical, rectangular buildings, which are most likely supposed to be the WTC towers. This was probably, at the time, meant to be an ironic joke (the twins pulled down the Twin Towers), but will likely offend some people, even though the episode predated the attacks.
