Goof: After Captain Blasto steps out of his "spaceship", note the cue cards. When the cue card man changes from one card to another, note that the second cue card has exactly the same writing as the first card.
Goof: Chuckie wins a globe for a door prize at the show. Then you see all the babies in the playpen, and Chuckie is leaning on the globe. Then, for a second, it shows a overhead view of the babies; Chuckie's globe was behind him, then it disappeared.
(Chuckie and Angelica are riding in the backseat of the car). Chuckie: Angelica, is Captain Blasto a real "stuperhero"? Angelica: There's no such thing as a real stuperhero. Chuckie: You mean they're made-up? Angelica: Well, have you ever seen one walking down the street? Chuckie: No. (After looking out his window) But that's because they have secret "idenemies," just like Captain Blasto. Angelica: Captain Blasto's only secret identity is he's a smelly old man.
Chuckie: Maybe the broomer doesn't want to hurt Spike at all. Lil: Yeah. Maybe Spike's just being a baby.
Didi: (On a stair-climbing exercise machine) Aah! Stu, stop this crazy thing!!
Lisa: (Crying) I'll have to go back to Old Country and peel potatoes. Didi: Will a nice tip help? Lisa: (No longer crying; after a brief pause, using a normal English accent) It's a start. Didi: Gasp!
Captain Blasto: Who will be my volunteer for this episode? Stu and Drew: Me! Me! Me! Me! Blasto: (Muttering) A younger volunteer. Angelica: ME! ME! ME! ME! Blasto: (Muttering again) That's more like it.
Captain Blasto: While stars above are burning bright, No evil villain can escape my might, Whether morning, noon, or dead of night, It's Captain Blasto, wrong or right!
Angelica: It was fun, if you like old, fat guys who wear their underwear on the outside!
(After Angelica sees Chuckie in his superhero uniform, which consists of a sock (For his head, with holes cut out for eyes), a towel (As a cape), galoshes, and Didi's swimsuit (Over his shirt and shorts)) Angelica: You? A superhero? You just looked like you fell into a laundry basket!
Chuckie: While stars above are burning blight, No evil villain can escape my might, Whether morning, moon, or bread of night, It's Captain Chuckie, wrong or right!
Grandpa: Could you put it on "pause"?
Stu: The bald guy gave it "thumbs up". Grandpa: I bet the fat guy hated it!
Didi: Stu! Stop this crazy thing! A reference to the Hanna Barbara cartoon 'The Jetsons' where in the credits, George, walking his dog Astro on a moving belt suddenly loses control and nearly flies off screaming "Jane! Stop this crazy thing!"
Captain Blasto is a parody of Batman, and Captain Blasto and Batman were both played by Adam West.
Captain Blasto: Its Captain Blasto, wrong or right.
This sounds alot like what Green Lantern on the Justice League says, only he ends with "Green Lantern's Light".
