Not the most genius premises ever, I mean, Jeff tried to make Brenda laugh so that she would wet herself, but there were some good moments. Russell had some funny lines, and even though his relationship with Timmy is not always living up to its potential, the clip montage proved that it has been a fun pairing over the years.
Solid episode.
