  • How about a little more dealing and a little less not dealing?

    7.0
Another very good season 3 episode of Rules of Engagement, a show that is pretty close to solidifying its status as the best comedy on Monday. There is a very good chance that this show may not return for a fifth season, and it would be a shame as Rules has finally found its groove, and it has done so with only one full season (season 2.) That is quite an accomplishment.

Patrick Warburton, Adhir Kalyan, Oliver Hudson and David Spade were great as usual. Can you think of one show that has this many funny male characters? Psych, maybe? The Office, during its first three seasons. That's about it.moreless
  • Jeff has a bachelor party in Atlantic City to go too. Audrey's elderly Aunt is coming from Virgina and Jeff is so happy to be missing her. When both of their plans fall through and they each find out and then they compete to ruin each others weekends.moreless

Audrey and Jeff play a little game with each other and pull the rest of the gang into their little schemes.

First Jeff finds out the party is off. Of course Russell suggests that they go anyways. So off they go without telling Audrey what happened. Meanwhile Audrey runs into the bridegroom and finds out that the wedding and party are off. She had already found out that her Aunt wasn't coming so she invited Jenn to a spa weekend. Of course she doesn't tell Jeff. Jenn blows off Adam and movie night leaving him free to go to Atlantic City with the boys.

The Aunt keeps calling Jeff's phone accidentally and when she calls to mention she's still sick the game is afoot. Neither Jeff or Audrey are willing to admit anything to the other. The rest has to be seen to be believed. The lengths they go to win and in the end the lengths they go to not know anything about the others lie.

It's nice to have Rules back. Just as fun as when it last left. Timmy's great too. Thanks for reading...moreless
