  • Possibly the best episode of the season

The one show that critics do not rave about on CBS' Monday night lineup was probably the best show last night, delivering an episode high on laughs.

The continued metrosexual behavior of Adam is one of the best recurring gags on the show. It was so fitting that his character would watch a dance show, and more fitting that he would talk during the entire broadcast (like Jennifer, I can't stand people that do that.)

Patrick Warburtong gave another brilliant performance here tonight. Watch this episode again just to see the hilarious face he makes when he sees Lacey on the TV for the first time. Hilarious.

I am not sure what CBS' standards are for renewal of this show, but it's been funny and been delivering in the ratings the past few weeks. Not much more you can ask for.moreless
  • Jeff is in the room while Audrey and Jenn are watching a reality dance show. The girl on the show is one of his "very close" girlfriends. The girl he dated before Audrey. Timmy and Suneetha break their engagement giving Russell a chance with her.moreless

Again much like How I Met Your Mother, there have been some mediocre episodes lately of this show. Generally one of the funniest shows on TV with Patrick Warburton and David Spade the show seems to have gotten a little stale.

This week we have the Jeff spotting an old girlfriend as a contestant on a dancing reality show and she is his wife's favorite to win the dance competition. It seems that this is one of Jeff's old friends with benefits! He can't help himself and he tells Adam and Russell. Let's face it though, Adam is one of those people that you can use the expression Telephone, Telegraph, TeleAdam. You tell him anything and it gets out.

The other major story is the very poorly put together Timmy, Suneetha, and Russell triangle. Russell is still pining after Suneetha when Timmy tells him he wants to call off the engagement. Russell coaches him on how to do it with an ulterior motive. When everything is revealed we find that Timmy is anything but stupid about things.

An OK episode where some of the show was entertaining, but not the whole show. Hopefully we'll get back to the whole show being well thought out and entertaining again. Thanks for reading...moreless
