    - Another very annoying Russell storyline today. Timmy's responses were their usual witty in nature, but the whole Liz thing needs to end soon. She just doesn't fit in with this show and the dude from According to Jim doesn't fit in anywhere in life.

    - The Jeff and Audrey storyline was about as cliched as they come. Countless sitcoms have done the power struggle between the husband and wife, but the final scene with her actually getting the deal did prove to be a somewhat worthwhile payoff.

    - Adam and Jen's storyline was actually pretty clever with him constantly pretending to propose to get freebies. Wish they explored that a little bit more.

Overall, nothing to write home about though. At least it was better than tonight's Big Bang Theory.moreless
  • Rules of Engagement at it's finest.

    7.8
Rules of Engagement has definitely been slipping for me, especially this season, but this episode was a perfect example of what the show should be on a weekly basis. I was mostly impressed with the Jen & Adam story line that had me laughing all the way through. The story line was original and not generic. Something that the show usually is, but I digress.

The Jeff & Audrey story line was really entertaining even though it's nothing we haven't seen before, it was still funny all throughout. It's been a long time since I've liked a story line between the two, and I'm glad that an episode like this has finally arrived.

The Russel story line was definitely the weak link, although it still was entertaining regardless, the Liz character is just insufferable, and she needs to be written out. Overall, great episode. A step in the right direction to say the least.moreless
