This was not exactly a good Rules of Engagement. Sure, Patrick Warburton's awkward facial expressions, Oliver Hudson's clueless behavior, and David Spade's snappy one liners were there, but all three of the storylines were just not very good, for lack of a more professional opinion.
It is weird seeing Spade at a hockey game as he has played characters who are not exactly sports junkies for his entire career.
You can't win them all I guess, but I was disappointed with this episode. Just not a good use of any of the characters. Why they feel the need to always pair Russell and Timmy together I don't know. How about an episode with Timmy and Jeff hanging out?moreless
