It was great to see Adhir Kalyan pop up on Rules of Engagement tonight. He was the star of the canceled way too early CW comedy Aliens in America, and was just as entertaining here tonight. His back-and-forths with Russell were great, and it was also funny to see David Spade do something other than be obsessed with woman (although there was plenty of that here tonight).

The other storyline with Audrey volunteering was a little too Everybody Loves Raymond-ish for my liking, but it did produce some genuinely humorous moments, including the hairy candy that was stuck together.

This third season is off to a great start. Hopefully they keep it that way.moreless
