Steve (Will Arnett) feels suspicious when his father (Jeffrey Tamboor) shows up soon after a disastrous oil spill. Meanwhile, Emmy (Keri Russell) is working hard as the head of the clean-up efforts, but Steve cannot help wondering if the whole situation is just an attempt to hide something from him.
Just to prove to Steve (Will Arnett) that her intentions are pure, Emmy (Keri Russell) signs a prenuptial agreement, even without an actual wedding on the horizon. What she does not realize is that Steve stands to gain a lot of money from her impulsive decision to sign the agreement.
