Episode Summary

Kenshin meets up with Saitou and Sanosuke. Kenshin realizes that the burning of Kyoto is just a ruse, and that Shishio's real plan is to go to Tokyo so he can wreak havoc on the city. ''The three go to Osaka harbor to stop Shishio. When they arrive, they find Shishio on his war-ship "Rengoku".''Misao and the Oniwabanshuu at Aoiya organize the citizens of Kyoto to stop the burning of Kyoto while Kenshin and the others try to stop Shishio.''moreless
