  • Great episode, even if it wasn't quite like a typical season final.

This episode of Rush would have been filmed before it was known if there was going to be a second season, and therefore I guess, it didn't quite have that 'final episode of a season' feel. In saying this, it did leave some questions unanswered going into season two, and is still up there as one of my favourite episodes of Rush.

Not only did it incorporate a pretty good storyline involving an underworld crime figure (played by the handsome Don Hany), my two favourite characters in the show - Kerry and Lawson - shared some great banter together, as they did throughout much of season one.moreless

    • Leon: Hey Lawson.
Lawson: What the hell is that?
Leon: That's a top autograph, mate. It's gonna be worth a fortune one day! Oh, by the way, I accidentally on purpose overheard that bit about her representing the actor's widow in court. She is going to cream you guys!
Lawson: Listen. If I hear you say anything like that in front of Kerry, I will tear you limb from limb. You got it? (walks away)
Leon: Yep. Sorry mate. Sorry. I was just joking.

    • Kerry: You would have made a good Nazi, you know that?
Lawson: So you say I'm not a good cop.
Kerry: No, no. I love you Senior Sergeant Blake, you know that.
