Episode Summary

The topics include floods hitting parts of the UK, J.K. Rowling's new book, John Terry being banned for 4 matches and fined £220,000 for racially abusing Anton Ferdinand, a television show about MDMA (ecstasy), a couple of pensioner stories, the idea of Ed Miliband: The Movie and a man breaking into people's houses just to have a good conversation and another guy just to watch porn. The final story is about a little girl who made a wish for her ninth birthday, she wanted to raise $300 for a charity providing clean water to those in need. After raising $220 she told her mum she would try harder next year, but one month later she was killed in a tragic car accident. When people around the world heard about this they began to donate, resulting in $1.2 million being raised. A year after her death her parents visited Ethiopia to meet some of the victims Rachel helped.
