Show Summary

Additonal Genres: Drama Hikari Hanazono and Kei Takashima have known each other since childhood. After being thoroughly beaten in a wrestling match when they were six, Hikari vowed to beat Kei no matter what. Years later Hikari and Kei are once again at the same school. Ranked second in the school with Kei ranked first, Hikari does her best to try and beat Kei. Although Hikari may see Kei as a rival and a close friend, Kei may think more of Hikari than she realizes.     This series is one of the best manga adaptations I have watched. Though not living up to the manga (name a show that does), it showcases the life a normal girl with amazing friends who live the high class life. All seven members of the SA have their own cute quirks and developed personalities. It's fun to watch the storyline unfold and learn more about their lives.

    When watching the show there have been points when I've literaly laughed out load and held an extremely wide and painful smile on my face. I recommend this show to anyone who is interested in budding romance and hilarious characters.moreless

    I tried, I really tried to make it through this series. I really don't like dropping anime series when I am this close to the end. Sadly I just couldn't take it anymore.



    This one was a mediocre to bad romance/comedy anime series. The characters were uninteresting and on some levels very annoying. I kept waiting for the series to go some where. I know romance anime sometimes start off slow like Love Hina, Onegai Teacher, Suzuka and others, but this one went no where. The an...imation done by Gonzo and AIC was the best part of the series. What Gonzo gets involved in is good, but even they couldn't save this series. The music was also decent but nothing special.



    Overall another average to bad romance/comedy anime series.moreless

    I absolutly love this show!!! It was recommended to me on ask yahoo based on the type of shows I enjoy(Comedy, Drama, Romance ect.) and I couldn't be happier. Most of the time I don't like animes based in schools( with a few exceptions like Ouran High School Host Club and Karin) so I was hesitant to try it, but I'm so glad I did!!! It gave that same warm good feeling Ouran did and in my opinion a better and more intresting romance by making Hikari and Kei rivals. He was protective but still teased her and gave her a hard time which for some reason is they kinda ships I like!!! I will admit torwards the late middle of the series it gets a little slow, but even in thoughs episodes they still had cute and funny moments. Overall a fun, fast paced Romantic Comedy!!!moreless

    Even though I've seen this show in japanese, with subs, it is really good. It's a seriously funny show that you can't help but to laugh. It's just sooooo funny to seeing how totally clueless Hikari is and how much it annoys Kei, but the other characters are pretty funny too, although strange is more like it. Either way I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for a new anime to get addicted to, although there aren't that many episodes they'll keep you entertained for a while. Anyway really funny, really interesting, and great for anyone into comedy and lovy dovy stuff.moreless
