In this episode we see a lot of character development of Libby. She learns that being a geek isnt bad and that they are real people too. Though when we see Libby becoming a geek she realises she still has the power to become whoever she wants and rule the school. Jenna leigh Green (Libby) did a really good impression of her version of a geek. It was really funny to see most characters playing geeks in this episode and how they are still just people. Overall i think this episode was done really well and it is really enjoyable to watch.moreless

Sabrina sees Libby tormenting a geek and decides to try and persuade her that that is not a good idea. At the same time, Sabrina decides she wants to join the Science Club, much to the amazement of Jenny and Harvey who think it's extremely "uncool". Sabrina finally uses her magic to strip Libby of her poise and turns her into a geek. At first it seems to be working, until Libby takes over the Science Club and turns them against Sabrina. Meanwhile, Zelda wants Hilda to throw out some very old items (such as a suit of armor and a cannon).moreless

    • The fourth outfit for this episode's credits is a black beatnik outfit with hat and glasses. Sabrina says, "Be cool, Daddio!" Edit
    • Libby's friends tease her about pulling her socks up, but in many future episodes, all the cheerleaders do this, most notably Sweet Charity where socks play an unusually large comedic role throughout the episode. Edit

    • Sabrina: Libby caught me coming out of Science Club. Zelda: You went to Science Club? Oh that's wonderful. Sabrina: No, it's not. Now Libby thinks I'm a complete geek. Hilda: I knew this would happen, it's Zelda's influence. I begged you to watch TV with me so you'd be normal. Zelda: Oh be quiet. Edit
    • Sabrina: Hi, is this Science Club? Mr. Pool: Did you leave something in your desk, Sabrina? Sabrina: No, I was thinking of joining, unless you're all filled up. Mr. Pool: Not at all, everyone's welcome. Have a seat. Gordie: (To himself) There's a girl in Science Club, don't panic. Sabrina: Hey, how's it going? Gordie: Aherehgh! Edit

    • Libby: If you trip us, do we not fall? If you prick us, do we not scream and pass out? Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice has a famous speech, I am a Jew speech. Libby is referencing a section of the speech, If you prick us, do we not bleed? if you tickle us, do we not laugh? Edit
    • This episode title is in reference to the book Black Like Me. Edit
    • Harvey: I suddenly have this urge to watch every episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Mystery Science Theater 3000, is a science fiction comedy series about a group of actors who sit in silhouette at the bottom of the TV screen and make comments during the run of incredibly bad B-movies. Also, one of the show's writer/ actor, Frank Conniff, is also a writer for this show too who made a few apearances in a couple of episodes. Edit
