If there was a Halloween episode last season, how could it be Halloween here again if this is the same year as last season?
When Zelda and Hilda left the Other Realm they were still chickens, but when they arrived at the house they were human again, when did they change back?
Sabrina: (Sees the Molly Dolly) Aaah!
Valerie: What is it?!
Sabrina: Uh.. Clint Eastwood just took his shirt off!
Molly Dolly: Everyone's hiding. Come out, come out wherever you are...
Hilda: I don't have to go. I just remembered, I have free will.
Zelda: No, you don't...
Invisible Delivery Man: Special delivery for Sabrina Spellman.
Sabrina: Oh, that's me. Would you accept an invisible tip?
Invisible Delivery Man: How about you kiss my invisible behind?
Sabrina: Please, please, please don't make me go to aunt Beulah's party. Come on, it's our first double date. Come on... If you say yes, I'll do all the cooking, the cleaning, the laundry... You won't have to lift your finger for weeks... Come on, look at this face.
(Sabrina does a puppy face)
Zelda: Oh, all right... You don't have to go.
Sabrina: Thanks. Are you still gonna hold me to that cooking, cleaning and laundry thing?
Zelda: There. We've RSVPed...
Hilda: Stands for Rotten Stupid Vile Party.
Sabrina: Listen, I shouldn't tell you this but it may be our only chance for survival. That doll has magical powers. It's out to get all of us! RUN! HIDE! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!
(Harvey, Valerie and Justin laugh)
Justin: Sabrina, when you do a prank, you go all out! I heard about your river of candy corn.
Sabrina: It's not a prank!! We're never going to get to see "Enchanted April"!
Delilah: Quick, Belvedere's coming. I know a way out.
Hilda: Thank goodness, Delilah. You're the only sane person here.
Delilah: Delilah? My name's not Delilah, it's Fred! Don't make me turn this car around. (Pretends she's driving a car)
Hilda: Funny, I never thought I'd die this way.
Zelda: Not really funny "ha-ha".
Salem: You don't toy with Sabrina... especially if you're a toy.
Gary Owens: If you like cocktail wieners, you'll love our new cheese-log. Made with one-hundred percent cheese and fifty percent log.
Delilah: I'm Delilah and I'm deligh-ted to meet you. They sound alike, it's a real conversation starter.
Justin: Cool, a storm. I hope my little brother is okay, he's going as the tin-man.
Molly Dolly: I'm Molly Dolly.
Sabrina: Can't you say anything else?!?
Molly Dolly: I'm Molly Dolly... and I'm gonna get you!
Sabrina: That's not what I wanted to hear.
Molly Dolly (singing): Merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a scream.
Molly Dolly: Are we afraid of the dark?
The "Molly Dolly" storyline is somewhat similiar to another infamous TGIF show: Family Matters and the "Stevil" doll.
Featured Music:
Dr. Demento - "Monster Mash"
Libby and Mr. Kraft do not appear in this episode.
The talking "Molly Dolly" bears a strong resemblance to the Talky Tina doll in the famous "Twilight Zone" episode Living Doll.
Actors Jo Anne Worley, Gary Owens, Alan Sues, Ruth Buzzi and Dave Madden (who play Aunt Beulah and her party guests) were all cast members on the sixties/seventies comedy series "Laugh-In".
Sabrina: It's not a prank! We're never going to get to see Enchanted April!
Enchanted April is the name of a film starring Josie Laurance and Miranda Richardson based on the 1922 novel by Elizabeth von Arnim. Sabrina is, of course, referring to the only titles remaining when Harvey went to the video store. The other titles he rented were The Bridges of Madison County and The Remains of the Day.
Justin: Sabrina, when you do a prank, you go all out! I heard about your river of candy corn.
Justin is referring to the Season Two Halloween episode, "A River of Candy Corn Runs Through It".
The episode title is a reference to the 1997 film Good Will Hunting, starring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
