Why was Hilda getting married in the mortal realm with all of Sabrina's friends? Since both she and her fiancee, Will, are magical, wouldn't it have made more sense for her to have a wacky wedding in the Other Realm like the one in "Salem's Daughter", especially given Hilda's kooky personality?
There is much debate about this episode. Many wonder how Harvey could have been Sabrina's "soul mate" if she had to give up her true love to bring Hilda back to life. The explanation is as follows: The three men that "left" Sabrina at the end of the episode were all possible soul mates. When Zelda gave up her adult years, she brought Sabrina back to life, allowing her to again have a true love, a soul mate. That true love, we see, is the man who comes back to see Sabrina one last time--Harvey.
Will, the Steward from Murder On The Halloween Express returns as Hilda's fiancé.
After Salem starts dancing and humming, Miles informs everyone, but as Morgan bends down to see past Miles and Josh, next scene shows her sitting up. It was not shown her getting up, and no time for her to do so.
Salem: If you're looking for cards, I've got Josh's deck right here. Sabrina: You stole Josh's cards? Salem: Stole, borrowed, who's keeping score? The point is, I wanna make you a proposition. Sabrina: (Taking the cards) No! Salem: Here's the plan. During the game I'll look over everyone's shoulder and signal how you should bet. We'll split the winnings seventy: thirty! Sabrina: I can't cheat my friends! (She turns and heads for the door.) Salem: (Calling after) But I can! That's the beauty of this plan!
Salem: Harvey. Harvey. Harvey: (to a plant) You say something? Salem: No! Plants can't talk, you idiot! Harvey: (sarcastically) Oh, but cats can. I'm such a fool.
Zelda: (Delighted) But I got the bouquet! I'm getting married next. So, er, everybody start shopping. I need flat wear and a bagel slicer. Whoo-hoo! Sabrina: A husband wouldn't hurt.
This is the second season to end with a cliffhanger. (season 4 and this season)
This will be the last episode for: Miles (Trevor Lissauer), Josh (David Lascher), and Zelda (Beth Broderick). Hilda (Caroline Rhea) returns for the final episode, but is not in the next season fully.
"I Fall To Pieces" is also the title of an old Patsy Cline song.
