  • There's really no place like home!

It's Sabrina's 18th birthday and as a present, Sabrina's father asks her to come live with him in Paris. At first, Sabrina says no, because of Harvey, her aunts and school, which is much better without Libby, who has gone to boarding school, but also a little bit more sad, because Valerie has gone to live in Alaska. However, after having a fight with Harvey because of Harvey's friend, Brad, Sabrina leaves everyhting behind and goes to Paris. There, she is living in an apartment in the Eiffel Tower, with her father, Gail and her half-brother Donald. It is only when Salem starts a civil war, that Sabrina sees that her life in Westbridge is the life for her...moreless
  • Great episode!

I remember when Sabrina used to be the highlight of my week. When every Friday I would sit down and watch some of the best shows on TGIF. Everytime I watch "Sabrina the Teenage Witch", even to this day I get a flashback of the 90's and miss those days. What happened to good television? This was my favorite episode, because I was a BIG Britney Spears fan. Again this specific episode is nice to look back on, because at one time her music was sweet and innocent. One thing "Sabrina" always brought to the table was a lot of great musical guest stars. The show had everyone from Savage Garden to Backstreet boys!

This is a great series and more specifically a great episode. If you miss the 90's at all watch this, because it will bring back memories! :)moreless

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Zelda: All right, spill. Did you have anything to do with this civil war on Pluto?
      Salem: Define "anything".

    • Zelda (to Salem): You self-absorbed cat! I know that's redundant...

    • Sabrina (about Brad): If he calls me a freak, I'll know that Libby got a hold of some male hormones.

    • Sabrina (to her dad's dog): You're dead, aren't you, Melvin?

    • Salem: I miss my Sabreeny!
      Zelda: ...Sabreeny?

    • Salem: Sabreeny!
      Sabrina (stunned): Sabreeny???

    • Sabrina: What do you think if I put my bed here and Valerie's bed up against that wall?
Salem: How about we put Valerie's bed where it belongs? With her family in Alaska!
Sabrina: Salem, I'm sorry, but I asked if it was ok if Valerie comes to stay.
Salem: But I thought you said "I'd like to get you a valet".
Sabrina: Valerie's my best friend. I can't let her finish up high school in Anchorage. She looks terrible in mucklocks. And remember, while she's here, no talking. (Salem starts blinking his eyes rapidly and erratically) Something in your eye or an aneurysm? Either way, take it outside.
Salem: I'm trying some non-verbal communication. That was Morse-code for "I can't believe those aunts agreed to let Valerie come live with us!"
Sabrina: Yeah! Every so often they're shockingly cool.
Hilda: I can't believe you agreed to let Valerie come live with us.
Zelda: Me? I believe you were the one who said "Gee, it'd be nice to have a mortal around the house for a change."
Hilda: First of all, I never say "Gee"...
Zelda: The point is we agreed and we're just going to have to learn to get along without magic around the house for nine months. It's Sabrina's last year at home. (starts to sob) And I want everything to be perfect. (sobs again)

  • NOTES (2)

    • Sabrina: Libby's parents have decided to send her to boarding school. I guess Children of the Corn Academy has re-opened.

Children of the Corn is a 1984 horror movie about a town full of children who are possessed by a demonic force. The movie was based on a Stephen King short story.

    • In the musical "The Wizard of Oz" the only way Dorothy could return to Kansas was to click the heels of her slippers and say "There's no place like home."
