However, when Hilda and Zelda tell Sabrina that she has to go through a trial in order to find out whether she is the evil Spellman twin or if that honor belongs to Katrina, Sabrina gets scared that her selfish magic will get her into trouble.moreless

5/14/99Sabrina and Hilda, unhappy that Mr. Kraft is seemingly going to propose marriage to Zelda cast two silence spells ("mum is the word" and "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything") on themselves, as to not ruin Zelda's big night. While Mr. Kraft is dining with the Spellmans, a nervous Harvey arrives and after much ado, tells Sabrina he loves her. But under a self-imposed "silence" spell, she unfortunately can't respond in kind. Then, because two silence spells were cast under one roof, the Spellman home becomes a Silent Movie, in which Sabrina is tied to a train track! Luckily, Harvey enters the silent movie and saves his beloved Sabrina. Once the silent movie is finished, the spell is broken and Sabrina is able to tell Harvey that she loves him.moreless

5/7/99After quitting her job at "Pork on a Pole", Sabrina turns to an Other Realm employment agency to help find an after school job. Despite having no experience, the employment agency reluctantly gets Sabrina a job as her neighborhood sandman. However, before she starts her first night on the job, Hilda and Zelda give Sabrina a stern warning not to "dream drop", since it can potentially ruin people's lives. After the aunts find out what she's been doing, they decide to teach Sabrina a lesson by giving her a nightmare all her own. Upon waking up from her nightmare, Sabrina and her aunts get a visit from a warning man, with news that if Sabrina doesn't solve the family secret in 30 days, her aunts will get in trouble.moreless

4/30/99When Sabrina learns that she can vote in the Other Realm after she solves the family secret, she gets caught by Zelda getting help solving it. When she puts a no short-cut spell on Sabrina, the young witch has to live one day without any modern conveniences. However, Mrs. Quick really tests her willingness to go along with the spell when she tries to tell Sabrina the answer to the next clue of the family secret. After reading Mrs. Quick's answer, they are sent to the Other Realm Prairie as punishment, where they soon learn the answer to the clue. Meanwhile, Zelda and Hilda begin some political mud slinging when they take opposing sides on the Other Realm propositions.moreless

3/12/99When Sabrina decides to meet her Other Realm pen pal, she discovers that her letter writing buddy is painfully shy, but very friendly. Since she seems sweet, Sabrina takes her pen pal for a visit to the mortal realm, where she learns - after a string of larceny - that her pal is a jewel thief! Sabrina, her aunts, and even Mr. Kraft play a role in catching the thief, who is out to steal the Star of Orion, which holds all the powers in the world.moreless

3/12/99Searching for clues to the family secret, Sabrina calls up Aunt Dorma, the "black sheep" of the family, accidentally waking her out her usual ten-year nap. Dorma retaliates with a household of magic poppies fatal to Spellmans. While Hilda and Zelda are sound asleep from the house full of poppies, Sabrina must keep an unknowing Valerie, Harvey and Libby (the new "brain buster" team) in the kitchen. Additionally, Sabrina herself must fight the urge to fall asleep! Finally, Sabrina conjures up some snow to rid the Spellman home of the poppies... Unfortunately, she stays up all night and is quite tired during the Brain Buster's tournament (a high school quiz show).moreless

2/26/99Sabrina's creative writing assignments aren't going well until she accidentally uses Hilda's magic typewriter to plot out a James Bond parody using her friends and foes as character models. Meanwhile, Hilda and Zelda receive a chain letter from the Other Realm, and must deal with the repercussions.

2/19/99Roland the Troll resurfaces in a new guise as a leprechaun, and chaos predictably follows. Having three wishes, Sabrina unwisely uses one of them to grant Salem's desire to be human again for a day.

2/5/99Hilda has forgotten to tell Zelda that their magic is due for a twenty-five-year tune-up, so they must both surrender their powers for a few days, leaving Sabrina "the most powerful woman in the house" temporarily. But her delight in her new status doesn't last after Valerie persuades her to sneak into a new nightclub to hear N'Sync perform.moreless

1/29/99Disturbed by the growing intimacy between Zelda and Mr. Kraft, Sabrina and Hilda reunite him with his ex-wife. But the ex-Mrs. Kraft is similiar to the Spellmans in a very interesting way. It doesn't take long for Mr. Kraft to be under her spell.

1/15/99Zany cousin Zsa Zsa visits, annoying Zelda with her childish practical jokes that she shares with Hilda. But when Zsa Zsa suggests the sisters try a magical "walk-a-mile-in-my-shoes" spell, the sisters switch personalities. Meanwhile, Sabrina uses some of Zsa Zsa's Ambition cologne to spray on Harvey, in hopes that he will decide to go to college. However, applying too much ambition certainly seems to backfire...moreless

1/8/99Despite a warning from the Witch's Council to avoid "charitable magic", Sabrina can't resist trying to liven up an unbelievably tedious evening with Valerie's dysfunctional family by granting a wishbone wish. Sabrina soon realizes that she should have listened to the Witch's Council as the Birkheads' wish quickly backfires.

12/11/98As Hilda and Zelda decorate the house for Christmas, they soon discover they are going to have the difficult task of getting Sabrina in the Christmas spirit. The spiritless Sabrina then gets invited to a holiday party in the Other Realm. However, the purpose of the party is to make fun of people who enjoy Christmas. While at the party, Sabrina accidentally deletes the holiday from the world's memory. In order to get Christmas back, Sabrina has to track down Father Christmas and request that he reinstate the holiday.moreless

11/27/98Sabrina and Harvey decide to compete against Libby and her boyfriend for the title of cutest teen couple. However, things go awry when Cousin Susie comes to visit Sabrina about the family secret and gets upset that Sabrina seems to be obsessed with her looks. As a result, Susie casts a spell on Harvey, turning him into a Beast, to show Sabrina that personality is more important than looks. Meanwhile, Salem decides to coach Hilda, who's training for a local decathlon.moreless

10/30/98With Halloween rapidly approaching, Sabrina, Hilda and Zelda get invited to their Aunt Beulah's annual celebration. Seeing they have finally ran out of excuses for staying away from her party for the past 500 years, Zelda reluctantly sends back their RSVP, much to Hilda's displeasure. Since Sabrina made plans with Valerie and Harvey, she gets to ditch the party to spend the holiday with her friends. As a result, she gets an unexpected surprise from Aunt Beulah when a magical talking doll is sent over from the Other Realm. It doesn't take long for the "Molly Dolly" to start terrorizing Sabrina and her guests after her aunts leave for their party. Hilda and Zelda also get their own surprise when they discover that Aunt Beulah's Halloween is seemingly held in an insane asylum.moreless

10/23/98When Sabrina conjures up pancakes for Salem and herself one morning, she gets a stern warning from her aunts about what can happen if she were to eat them. Ignoring their warning, Sabrina takes a bite of Salem's pancake and promptly becomes addicted to the breakfast food. Consequently, all Sabrina begins to think about is finding a stack of pancakes to eat, ultimately helping her come up with the best idea for a school fundraiser. However, since Hilda is stuck in the Other Realm, Zelda is unable to spend time helping Sabrina overcome her addiction.moreless

10/16/98When Libby announces in the cafeteria that the cheerleading squad will have try-outs for its second string squad, Valerie surprises Sabrina by saying she would like to become a cheerleader. In the meantime, Sabrina learns that her cousin Mortimer, the family’s wagician, will be visiting her to discuss the family secret. Not long after his arrival, Sabrina asks him for advice in getting Valerie to see how becoming a cheerleader will ruin her life, and is given a magical penny to help in her endeavor. While this is going on, Mortimer gets hired to do his less than stellar magic at the birthday party of Harvey’s little brother.moreless

Libby is put in charge of the coupling and, of course, makes sure that Harvey is her partner. Sabrina calls on an other Realm spy to observe the pair - who turns out to be Roland! In hopes of breaking up Sabrina and Harvey, Roland collects tainted evidence of Harvey's "affection" for Libby. Meanwhile, Sabrina is coupled with Gordie, but treats him poorly since she is overly concerned with her beau's life.moreless

10/2/98After Valerie has an embarrassing moment in class, Sabrina decides to use her magic to help her get over the ridicule of their classmates. However, instead of having Valerie’s embarrassment fade away, it gets transferred to Sabrina and is magnified so much that her face literally turns red. After rushing home from school, Sabrina opts to hide in the Other Realm until her face returns to normal. Sabrina’s stay at the Other Realm resort is cut short when everyone there starts to make fun of her, resulting in her decision to return home. It is only then when Sabrina realizes that the only way to get over embarrassment is to face it head on.moreless

9/25/98As Sabrina has a hard time choosing between Harvey and Dashiell, her aunts tell her that she finally received her Witch's License. Ecstatic at finding this out, Sabrina thinks that she can use it to help her decide which guy she wants to continue dating. However, when she goes to the Other Realm License Bureau to get her license, Sabrina gets annoyed when she finds out that she can't use it until she solves her family secret. Meanwhile, after Salem insults an online friend while playing chess, he gets an unexpected visit from the man, looking to do bodily harm to the cat.moreless
