      • When Amy is trapped by the hardened water, she alternates between being wrist-deep to elbow-deep in the water.

      • When Serena notices the purple glow emnating from the swimming pool area where Amy has her heart taken, the glow stops after a few seconds, though Amy is still having her heart taken.

      • In the extended version of this episode where Amy is thrown into the wall by the Heart Snatcher, water can be seen falling below Amy's arm, yet somehow her hand is still drenched when the rest of the water hardens and traps her.

      • When Sailor Moon first intervenes with the Heart Snatcher's taking of Amy's heart, the Heart Snatcher says, "Huh? What's this?" Her mouth doesn't move. The same thing happens when she repeats this line and completes taking Amy's heart.

      • The size of the Heart Snatcher's heart snatching star constantly changes in size in this episode before Sailor Moon destroys it.

(A tear appears in Amy's eye.)

      • (Amy comes into Raye's house and everyone starts asking her questions about her homework. Serena pushes everyone out of the way.) Serena: (Shouting) Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Get out of Amy's face right now! She's not your personal answerbook, so leave her alone! Mina: Was that Serena? Lita: It looked like her, but it didn't sound like her. Raye: Should we take her temperature? Serena: What a joker!

      • (After the Heart Snacther has appeared) Heart Snatcher: (In muffled voice due to having a snorkle in her mouth) How's the water? Amy: What'd you say? Heart Snatcher: (Removes snorkel) How's the water? You've been questioning the direction in which your life is going, but once I snatch your pure heart crystal, you won't even care! (Traps Amy in a tentacle of water, slams her against the wall, and hardens the water around her so she can't move.)
