      • Sara: What I can't see I can sense.
        Mugen: (stumbling, bleeding) What?
Sara: Inside of you looms a simmering storm of hatred and rage, but perhaps what I'm actually sensing is sadness. It's as if you've never once been loved by anyone; it's as if you're just like me.

      • Sara: I realized something. My son's been dead for a long time now. This whole time, they've just been using me. I cannot fight them. The government hired me. I just want you to live, Mugen.

      • (Mugen is about to go and fight Sara)
Jin: That woman... can see a moment ahead.
        Mugen: Seems like it.
Jin: The fish. It seems the fish can understand their situation by the flow of water that surrounds them. If you don't go against the flow of the water, but entrust yourself to it, you might be able to catch one.
        Mugen: What's that?
Jin: Something the man who saved my life said.

      • Sara: (Fighting Jin) I thought it would be better if this day never came. If we had been able to continue our journey... But... that's impossible.

      • Sara: I don't see with my eyes.

      • Fuu: (Notices Jin in the window) G-G-Ghost!

      • Mugen: (Talking about Sara) That woman... She has no weakness, but she has no lethal intent either. Next time, I might really die.

      • Fuu: (Collapses) Let's wait a little while. And Jin... might come back.
Mugen: Unless he tries something and gets kicked in the nuts, he won't be coming back.

      • Jin: I never did get your name.
Johnny: (Solemnly) It's Musashi Miyamoto. (Beat, then jokingly) Ha! Got you again! That guy's been dead for centuries. Nah, it's Johnny.

      • Mugen: She said something about her kid's life being on the line.
Fuu:: She did? So it's obvious someone's forcing her to do this.
Jin: But who would do that?
Mugen: Take your pick. We've dined and dashed, snuck through a checkpoint, and, oh yeah, killed people.
