It was always:
Option 1:Save us but stay trapped in the future
Option 2:Go back and make everything better so we never need to be saved in the first place
Why did he always pick option 1?

| No, Jack took deep consideration in his actions, and he was right. As well as fighting skills, Jack practices knowledge. He is a man of knowledge and even with his ignorance of time travel, he realizes that alternate realities exist. Always. Even if he took the time portal, rather than save the characters, (like in Jack, the Monks, and the Ancient Master's Son.) go back in time, and stop Aku's future from occuring, there would always be a dimension where those monks die. Jack is noble, and will do anything to stop any suffering. That's my take on it anyways. Those other explanations are likely to. Either that, or it's just a severe plot error... |
That's an interesting explanation. Any ideas of showing it around effectively?
