    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • During a wide angle shot in the "Matt Foley" sketch, one of the cameras is clearly visable for about three seconds.

      • During the now-classic "El Nino" skit, El Nino's challenge is accepted by Jim Breuer, who played the part of wrestling legend Ric Flair. However, during the skit, Flair was recognized as the Intercontinental Champion of the World Wrestling Federation. These people obviously haven't done their homework, because not only was Flair not currently in WWF (he was in World Championship Wrestling at the time), but he had never held the WWF Intercontinental Championship up to that point.

    • QUOTES (1)

      • El Nino: I am El Nino! All other tropical storms must bow before El Nino! For those of you who don't (air marks) "habla Espanol", El Nino is spanish for... The Nino!

    • NOTES (6)

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • Tom Wilkins and Cass Van Rye, the hosts of "Morning Latte," are intended to resemble and parody Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford.
