In "The Continental" sketch, The Continental (Walken) offers the unseen viewer Andre's Cold Duck. Typically, a cold duck is a drink served with sparkling burgundy and champagne (or champagna, as The Continental would say), and earlier on, he mentioned that he wasn't going to serve champagne again because of the whole anti-French kick that was in the news at the time of this episode.
