    The Grease sketch was great best of the night so far. Love The Miley Cyrus Show was glad to see it back and Justin did a great job with it.

    Agreed, current sketch is not great, Justin broke character big time.

    Just curious, Is there anyone who still doubts that Justin Beiber wouldn't make fun of himself?

    Justin's Valentine Message was ridiculous. Glad it was only a minute long.

    Taran Killam was so funny. I'd have cracked up much sooner than Bieber did.

    Decided to rewatch the glyce sketch, was distracted by the breaking if character which always bothers me, wasn't as bad as I originally said, Taran Killam was hilarious, definitely a highlight from a so-so episode. Grease was the best so far though. Glad Bueber can make fun of himself but I still don't think he can act. Sexy time was a horrible sketch.

    I never enjoy the current sketch, I'm not sure why. The principal reminds me of Coach Hines from MADtv, which I usually found hilarious.

    Just like predicted, He's done nothing but look pretty. He really enjoys winkingand biting his lip and flirting with the camera and girls in the audience. The only funny sketch (Glice) he wasn't even able to keep a straight face... he kept laughing.

    His interventions haven't really been funny, most laughs are provoked by cast members.

    And the show ends on Urban High School. The bit itself has it's moment the episode as a whole quite lackluster.

    Most, if not all, of the laughs were because of the regular cast members and not Bieber himself. But I still enjoyed this one more than the Adam Levine episode overall.

    Better episode than the last few weeks, but thats not saying much. Bieber wasn't horrible, but not great either, most of his jokes revolved around the fact that girls love him. The regulars were the real stars tonight, but they may be in trouble come next year, I would bet this is Jason Sudekis's last year, as well as Kenan's, and Armisen may be leaving too. Why they haven't promoted Mckinnon to a regular player is beyond me. She consistenly makes me laugh.

    learned:

    * did you know that the Biebs one time crossed over Common in a basketball game?

    * Saddam Hussein=good people

    * girls constantly screaming, must be big fans of snow and cold.

    * as the musical guest: Justin's long-haired sidekick is having too much fun.

    * Miley Cyrus...butthole...something

    * that Glice guy reminds me of going to the messageboards and...hey, "Glice" is already on urbandictionary, ha!

    I completely forgot to record it. I was doing emergency last minute costume shopping for my show and then had to leave. So apparently I didn't miss much.

    And yet, that's what his episode turned out to be, a vanity showcase for a midget with a Vanilla Ice fade wearing the latter-day equivalent of Hammer-Time parachute pants. That wasn't an episode of SNL; that was a hired record-company showcase for Bieber with the cast of SNL appearing as the June Taylor Dancers. Case in point, you can't take a "sketch" that is basically a spineless homage to the talentless pretense that is Bieber, throw in a few jokes as digs at him and then think of the final result as a balanced piece of celebrity satire. Because that's what the Bieber Decoys sketch was.

    No wonder the writing sucked. The writing room likely understood the true intent of the show after the mid-week table read and promptly retired to their opium den, refusing to emerge until after the goodnights.

    And whats the reason for the writing of Lawrence and Levine episodes. Those haven't been better (worse if you ask me). Maybe you also have some sort of theory for these episodes too.

    Liked the Super Bowl/blackout Cold Open the best especially when Keenan went at Dan Marino (Sudeikis) about the revelation of his fathering an offspring with another woman. Everything else, "Weekend Update" excepted, pretty much went downhill mainly due to Bieber...

    When you look at those sketches and what he was given, How could anyone make those good? Would Jennifer Lawrence's episode be a perfect 10 if she had the cast play her body doubles? Would Adam Levine's show been the highlight of the season if the Glice sketch aired on that show? How about Valentine's Dance?

    2 Things about tonight:
    The ______ friends from growing up really need to end.
    I hope Tim doesn't make another year.

    I think the writers are creating great premises for sketches but either Seth and Colin are coasting or John and Jessica finished the sketches, But something feels off this season. And please write more sketches that allow the cast to do impressions!!

    Thankfully, opinions like this don't factor into casting decisions on the show.

    The writers obviously are not coming up with worthwhile premises for sketches, not in the past 4-5 shows anyway.

    I watched the cold opening. I enjoyed the Ray Lewis bit at the end.
